Fortune Favors the Bold
Could you remember the move “Point Break”?

What a fun movie that was! One of my favorite lines was
delivered by Patrick Swayzy’s character who proclaimed…

So much of our motivation comes down to the carrot and
the stick…

to desire and fear.

What are some of the things that you could desire? Could
you long for
:
•        wealth,

•        rank,
•        beauty, or

•        love?

What are you willing to do to receive the fulfillment of your
desires? Yep, that was an easy question, and now for a
tough one:

Could that question give you pause? Of course it could!
Who in their right mind actually desires to suffer? A
famous Jew once cautioned that…

And he was exactly right! Folks, we can put the majority of
our time, energy and resources into getting what we
desire
OR we can whole heartedly strive to protect
ourselves
but we…

Why not? Why can’t we reach out for what we desire while
simultaneously pulling into the fetal position…

in hopes of protecting ourselves?

Let’s get down to brass tacks, folks. If we can’t serve two
masters then we must choose one. Because I tell ya true,
if you don’t decide for yourself, then others, {
who probably
don’t have your best interests at heart
} could decide for
you. So what’s it going to be…

In the “
Frank Herbert’s Dune” we learn of his
Bene Gesserit “
Litany Against Fear.”

The prayer is as follows
:

Choice is inevitable, whether it’s comfortable or not. What
is the decision that we now face? Do we remain a
prisoner of the skewed logic and false promises of fear, or
do choose to act as if…

Do we have the courage to grow and experience new
things? This question could also be applied to our sex life.

Will we continue to experience what we’ve always
experienced, or will we boldly choose to learn simple
techniques to increase, intensify and prolong life’s
pleasures…

while simultaneously improving our good fortune,
concentration, love and peace?

If that’s what you really want, then get your hands on the
lesson “

risk or safety?
“I must NOT fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death
that brings total obliteration.

I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.

And when it has gone past
I will turn the inner eye to see it’s path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain."
Because Risk and Security are
mutually Exclusive!
